Several months ago my website got hacked and I couldn't find the time or inclination to put it back up.
I had a few emails requesting it so it's now back in place.
Who knows? With the bar for Winstep being raised by the remarkable new Theme from Tiggz I may even find the inspiration to re-start skinning (if my grandchildren leave me alone for 5 minutes - ha ha)

I know they whipped us at cricket but even as a staunch supporter I couldn't see us beating the Aussies at the World Cup quarter final.

To my friends in the skinning comunity who knew...

My brother who was diagnosed with Motor Neurone disease (ALS in the US I believe) died 2 weeks ago after being ill for 3 years aged just 42.
It was all very peaceful and dignified and I would like to thank you all for your continual support.

I'd like to point out that the last 18 Featured Skins have been related to Desktop X.
While this is a wonderful piece of software, could we not have some variety?
Over the last couple of weeks there have been some wonderful WB skins in particular.
How about it guys?

What's it like there at the moment?

After fiddling around with my website for a few months I think I've finally got it looking right.

I've been a registered user of NextStart for a few years now.
The program is excellent and serves my purpose.
I've produced a few skins over a period of time but have noticed the number of downloads falling.
I'm really curious to know exactly how many people still actually use NextStart?
